Outdoor Ed

Outdoor Ed will be here before we know it!  Permission slips were emailed home last week.  Please check your email and get that filled out.  We need that filled out by all students by September 19.  Also attached to that email are medical forms.  There is one for prescription medication as well as nonpresecription medication.  If your child will need to take medicaiton with them, please print off and fill out the appropriate form.  Please note...the prescription medication form requires a doctor's signature, so you will need to be sure to plan ahead if you need that form.  If you have any questions about forms, please contact Miss Miller.
